How To: Make Your Google+ Look Like Facebook

The advent of Google+, Google’s social network, has perhaps been Facebook’s most serious challenge to date. A competing network that reached 20 Million users faster than any other network, can Live Stream and even came with a functional smartphone app from its inception. There is even a way to use Google+ to manage your Facebook and Twitter.
Naturally, users will be conflicted on which network to adopt. There is a certain amount of duplication in using both simultaneously. Today, we show you something interesting and slightly tongue-in-cheek. Google+ has the advantage of being a lot more flexible. Here is a way to skin your Google+ so that it looks like Twitter.
Take a close look at the image below. It may confuse you at first.
This can be achieved by the following steps
1) Firefox Users: Install an Addon known as Stylish from here.
2) Chrome Users: Install the Stylish Extension from here.
3) IE Users are out of luck and will have to use either Chrome or FF, unless they have the know-how to install a User Script from here
4) Now we are going to install the Facebook User Style. Visit this page. Then click on the Green Box that says Install With Stylish. That’s it!
5) To remove it, Firefox users can go to Tools>Addons>User Styles and turn it off. Chrome users can click on Chrome’s Wrench Icon>Tools>Extensions>Options. For further help, refer to this.
Have you given it a try? Does it make your Google+ Experience more lively? Do let us know.
